Start here: register and verify
Short answer: registration takes about two minutes, verification takes as long as it takes you to send the documents. Do both before your first withdrawal.
Register in seven steps
- Open luckysboom.de and press the registration button.
- Enter your email and choose a password you use nowhere else.
- Fill in name, date of birth and address as on your ID.
- Confirm you are 18+ and accept the terms of use.
- Activate the welcome bonus in your profile before you deposit.
- Open the cashier, pick a method and deposit at least €20.
- Complete KYC before your first withdrawal.
KYC: what to send
Full verification is required before every withdrawal. Send a government photo ID (both sides where applicable), a selfie holding the document, and a bank statement or utility bill from the last three months. The name must match on every document.

Logging in and recovering access
Use the password reset on the login page if you forget your password. The reset email goes to your registered address, the same address you must use for self-exclusion or account closure requests.
