Chapter 5 · VIP
VIP club: levels, rakeback and cashback
Short answer: 25 levels in five ranks. Your level rises with your wagering; rakeback is paid from the first session and cashback grows with your rank.
The five ranks
| Rank | Levels | What changes |
|---|---|---|
| Explorer | 1–5 | Entry rank, rakeback starts immediately |
| Expert | 6–10 | Growing cashback, Wheel of Fortune access |
| Master | 11–15 | €1,485 in bonus funds, cashback up to 11%, 20 wheel spins |
| Elite | 16–20 | Personal manager, higher limits, VIP channels |
| Legend | 21–25 | €41,500 in bonus funds, cashback up to 20%, 28 wheel spins |
Rakeback and cashback
Rakeback is a share of your total wager, based on the house edge of the games you played, and is credited to your real balance after every session with no wagering and no expiry. It starts at 1% and grows towards 5%. Cashback of up to 15% is offered separately through the VIP programme and is paid as real money.
